利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、 Wakaru日本語　Japanese Lessons Online（以下「当サイト」）が提供する動画コンテンツ販売サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関して、利用者（以下「ユーザー」）との間で適用されるものです。本サービスを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約の内容を確認し、同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（規約の適用）

  1. 本規約は、ユーザーと当サイトの間に成立する、本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
  2. 当サイトが提供する他のサービスに別途規約が存在する場合、本規約と合わせて適用されます。

第2条（定義）

  1. 「動画コンテンツ」とは、当サイトが提供するデジタル形式の日本語学習用コンテンツを指します。
  2. 「ユーザー」とは、本サービスを利用するために当サイトに登録し、利用料金を支払った個人または法人を指します。
  3. 「利用契約」とは、ユーザーと当サイトとの間で成立する本サービスの利用に関する契約を指します。

第3条（利用登録）

  1. 本サービスの利用を希望する者は、当サイトの指定する方法に従い、必要な情報を提供して利用登録を行うものとします。
  2. 当サイトは、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、利用登録を拒否することがあります：
    • 提供された情報に虚偽、不備がある場合。
    • 過去に本規約違反等により利用契約を解除された者である場合。
    • その他、当サイトが利用登録を適切でないと判断する場合。

第4条（アカウント管理）

第8条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用において以下の行為を禁止します：

  1. 動画コンテンツの複製、転載、再配布、改変、販売、転売。
  2. 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為。
  3. 当サイトのサーバーやネットワークに不正にアクセスする行為。
  4. 法律、条例、公序良俗に反する行為。

第9条（知的財産権）

  2. ユーザーは、当サイトの事前の許可なく、コンテンツを商業目的で利用することを禁じます。

第10条（免責事項）

  1. 当サイトは、本サービスの完全性、正確性、有用性についていかなる保証も行いません。
  2. ユーザーが本サービスを利用することによって生じた損害について、当サイトは一切責任を負いません。ただし、当サイトに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます。
  3. 当サイトは、天災、通信環境の不具合、システム障害等によるサービス中断に関して責任を負いません。

第11条（利用規約の変更）

  1. 当サイトは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
  2. 変更後の規約は、当サイトに掲載された時点で効力を有します。

第12条（準拠法および管轄）

  1. 本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms of Use Wakaru Nihongo　Japanese Lessons Online apply to the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of the video content sales service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by [Site Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
